Delete your Brix36 account

Delete inside the app

1. Sign in to Brix36.
2. Open Account → Delete account.
3. Read what will be removed, type the confirmation phrase shown by the app and confirm.

Deletion signs you out and removes the account's artists, releases, standalone music videos, project files and ordinary workspace data. Connected login methods and sessions are revoked. External file deletion and provider-token revocation are recorded before the account disappears so a temporary provider outage cannot silently cancel the request.

If you cannot use the app

Email simeon@brix36.com from the email address connected to the account with the subject Delete my Brix36 account. Include the account email and display name. Do not send your password or one-time security codes.

We will verify ownership before deleting an account requested by email. We may ask for limited additional information if the request does not come from the registered address.

What may be retained

Most account and workspace data is removed or irreversibly de-identified. Brix36 may retain narrowly required information where necessary to comply with law, investigate abuse, protect another person's rights, complete external deletion, or establish or defend a legal claim. This can include minimised moderation reports, consent evidence and transaction/audit records. Those records are restricted and retained only for the applicable purpose and period.

Encrypted backup copies may remain until the relevant provider's normal backup cycle expires. A queued external deletion remains tracked and retried until it is completed or otherwise lawfully resolved.

For fal.ai generation, Brix36 supplies short-lived links to files held in Brix36 storage rather than uploading the source file into fal.ai's CDN. fal.ai documents deletion for request payloads and generated outputs, but its public documentation does not currently state whether it keeps a separate processing copy of a file fetched from an external link or how long such a copy would remain. Brix36 does not claim that an undocumented copy has been deleted. If this limitation is not acceptable for an artist's likeness, contact simeon@brix36.com before production so the available BytePlus ModelArk-only route can be considered.

BytePlus publishes deletion controls for its private asset library, but also states that ModelArk inputs and outputs which trigger its content-safety filter may be retained for up to 180 days in Malaysia. Brix36 will not describe those safety or compliance copies as immediately deleted.
