Brix36 Terms of Service

Effective date: 20 August 2026

These terms apply when you create an account or use Brix36. Brix36 is operated by SOCIALISER APP LTD (company number 17243028), registered at Unit 82a James Carter Road, Bury St. Edmunds, United Kingdom, IP28 7DE. Contact: simeon@brix36.com.

1. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and capable of entering a binding agreement. If you use Brix36 for an artist, label, manager, agency or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.

2. Your account

Provide accurate information, protect your login methods and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you notify us, except where the law says otherwise.

An account may manage multiple artists. Each artist may have multiple releases and standalone music videos. Artist DNA is reusable for that artist; a reference attached to one music video stays scoped to that video unless the app clearly says otherwise.

3. Your material and permissions

You retain ownership of music, images, video, names, prompts and other material you submit. You grant SOCIALISER APP LTD a limited, worldwide licence to host, copy, analyse, adapt and transmit that material only as needed to operate Brix36, provide the requested service, secure the platform and comply with law.

You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed for anything you upload, link, direct us to use or approve. This includes copyright, performer and master rights, trademarks, privacy rights and permission to use a person's name, image, voice or likeness.

Artist DNA is not proof of consent. Brix36 may require a separate likeness authorisation from the artist or an authorised representative and may refuse production when the evidence or provider route is insufficient.

4. AI-assisted work

Brix36 uses generative AI to help analyse songs, plan storyboards and, where enabled, create images or video. AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected, inconsistent or similar to existing material. You must review every storyboard, reference selection and output before approving, publishing or relying on it.

Approval means you accept the creative direction shown; it does not transfer rights that neither you nor Brix36 owns. You are responsible for final clearance, credits, labelling and platform disclosures, including disclosure of AI-generated material where required.

Accepted promotional footage belongs to the agreed storyboard production and may be reused in the final master. Brix36 should not regenerate accepted promo material merely because the full video is later commissioned.

5. Prohibited use

You must not use Brix36 to:

We may block a request, remove access, preserve a safety record or report conduct where reasonably necessary to protect people, rights or the service.

6. Prices, production and beta availability

Brix36 may show different prices for one promo, two promos and full-video production. A production order is not accepted until the app clearly confirms the scope, price and payment or valid Brix36-covered entitlement. Displaying a quote does not by itself create an order.

Brix Credits are prepaid, non-transferable units with no cash value outside Brix36. They do not expire. The app shows the exact credit cost before production is authorised, and credits are not spent merely by viewing a quote or approving a storyboard. Store prices may vary by country and platform; the store's confirmation controls the amount charged for a credit pack.

If Apple, Google or another authorised store refunds or reverses a credit purchase, unused credits from that purchase may be removed. If those credits have already funded completed or in-progress production, Brix36 may pause further spending and review the account rather than create a negative balance or silently remove delivered work. Nothing in this paragraph limits a statutory refund or consumer right.

Some production features may be disabled or released gradually during beta. Brix36 will not represent a disabled checkout or provider route as complete. Provider availability, moderation, rights evidence and technical limits may prevent a requested generation.

Where a full-video package includes a stated number of changes, only successful user-requested changes count against that allowance; correction of a system failure does not. The app's confirmed order terms control the exact allowance for that production.

Additional payment and cancellation terms will be shown before a paid order is accepted.

7. Generated output and ownership

As between you and SOCIALISER APP LTD, and subject to third-party rights and applicable law, you may use the output Brix36 delivers for your project. We assign to you any rights in the final output that SOCIALISER APP LTD is legally able to assign once the applicable order is completed.

AI output may not qualify for copyright protection in every country and may contain material controlled by others. Brix36 does not promise exclusivity or guarantee that an output is clear of all third-party claims. Your source material remains yours; Brix36 retains its software, systems, templates, know-how, branding and service improvements.

8. Reporting and takedown

Use Report result in the app to flag unsafe, deceptive, infringing or otherwise problematic generated material. For a copyright, trademark or likeness complaint, email simeon@brix36.com with enough detail to identify the material and your rights. We may restrict access while a report is reviewed.

9. Privacy and deletion

Our Privacy Notice explains how personal data is used. You can delete your account under Account → Delete account or use the external deletion process if you cannot sign in. Some minimised safety, rights, transaction or legal records may remain where the law permits or requires.

10. Service changes and suspension

We may update Brix36, change a provider, add or remove beta features, or suspend access to protect security, rights, users or the service. We will try to give reasonable notice of a material adverse change where practical. We may terminate or suspend an account that materially breaches these terms.

You may stop using Brix36 and delete your account at any time. Terms that by their nature must survive—such as rights, payment, safety records, disclaimers and liability limits—continue after termination.

11. Availability and disclaimers

Brix36 is provided with reasonable care and skill. Beta and AI features may experience interruptions, provider refusals and output variation. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular creative or commercial result, or acceptance by a distributor, label, broadcaster or social platform.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Liability

Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that law does not allow us to limit.

Subject to that, SOCIALISER APP LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunity, lost profit, reputational loss, or loss caused by material or instructions you were not authorised to provide. For paid services, our total liability arising from the affected order is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for that order and £100, except where applicable law requires more.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that a consumer may also have mandatory rights to bring a claim in the country where they live.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. We will publish the new effective date and give reasonable notice of a material change where required. Continued use after the change takes effect means the updated terms apply, but a change will not remove rights already accrued.
