Brix36 Support

Brix36 is operated by SOCIALISER APP LTD (company number 17243028).

For account, access, privacy, safety or technical help, email simeon@brix36.com.

Please include:

• the email address connected to your Brix36 account;
• the artist and music-video name affected;
• what you expected to happen and what happened instead; and
• a screenshot or exact error message if it is safe to share.

Do not email passwords, one-time verification codes, Apple or Google credentials, private keys or payment-card details. Brix36 support will never ask for them.

Account access

Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen if you still control the account email address. If that does not work, contact support from the same email address so ownership can be checked safely.

Unsafe or inappropriate generated material

Use Report result beside the relevant storyboard shot, promo or generated video inside the app. This preserves the exact item and project context for review. If you cannot access the app, email support with the project name and a description; do not attach unlawful material unless requested through a secure route.

Copyright, trademark or likeness concerns

Email simeon@brix36.com with your name, the rights you control, the Brix36 material concerned, why you believe its use is unauthorised and how we can contact you. We may request reasonable evidence before restricting or deleting material.

Account deletion

Account deletion is available in Account → Delete account. If you cannot sign in, follow the instructions on the Brix36 account-deletion page or email simeon@brix36.com from your registered address.
